We have a mailbox setup for spam that our third-party filtering provider sends emails for us to approve or delete. For some reason no one can see the items inside the inbox. When I go to system manager it says it now has 29,000 items and is roughly 4MBs. I tried to exmerge the mailbox but all I get is a 64kb pst file. Should I just delete the mailbox and recreate it?
