I have a Partner Voice Mail VS R4.0. The customer cannot get into Mailbox 10 to retrieve messages. At first they were getting a message that said cannot access mailbox due to excessive password attempts. I went into System manager (99#), mailboxes and reset mailbox 10. I am now getting message that says "login incorrect", almost as if the password was different than the default. So I reset password. I get the same message. I cannot get into mailbox 10 whatever I do. It is locked up.
