Cannot access extensions on TDA 600

Hi guys,

I installed the TDA 600 maintenance console , was able to access the pabx thru usb , everything was fine except that I cannot access the extension numbers, while its downloading the extension list, it just keeps giving error or the software will hang, Im currently using TDA 600 V2 software, is it the right version? is there any other version? where can I download it? thanks

Depends on the system version. But if it is doing everything else it should be ok
We are using the unified programming tool v7 now

Download the dsys file from Sd card and open it with the tool and see if it works. Could be corrupt data on the system

okay, so if it is corrupt? how do I go on formatting the SD card? Is it by resetting it while Initialized button is selected? or by going to Utility, choose view file and delete?


Regarding the version? is the Unified maintenance console better to use rather than the standalone TDA 600 console software? Can you give me the link of the version 7 Maintenance console?

It is panasonic dealer site to get software. dont format the sd card, it may not be the problem, thats why I said take out the card and open the file form that or see if it is crrupt, if it is you will need the firmware to put back on a card and if you cant save the info you may have to reprogramme from default..

I would advise you to get a trained kxtda installer to get it sorted
