Cannot Access Database

I was running an Accpac data intergrity.
However users logged in before the intergrity was over.Now Iam getting this message.Cannot access the Database.Another task has locked the database.How can I resolve this?I have unistalled the system manager and deleted and recreated the ODBC but it doesn't help.Any urgent response will be appreciated.

This normally means the Pervasive ODBC DSN is pointing to the wrong database.
 
1. It doesn't matter one bit if users login while data integrity is running.

2. There was no reason at all to reinstall the system manager.

3. What version, service packs, and database are you running?
 
If everyone is out of Accpac try renaming the restart.ism file in the SITE folder.
 
Iam running Accpac 5.4 with all the latest SPS and the database is oracle.
 
I have renamed the resart.ism file and still doesn't work
