Cannot access database error=49153

Client Server set up.
Running Pervasive 2000i
ACCPAC 5.1A
When I try to launch ACCPAC, i receive error:
"Cannot access database (error=49153"
I'm not sure what the deal is?

Your server isn't running, check Pervasive services. Or, your data isn't on the server's hard drive, check Accpac database setup.
