Cannot access Controller after canceling log download

Ive canceled a logfile download because it took too long.
Now the 3300 V10.0 can't be reached by HTML, FTP or TELNET .. the controller is up and running.

Does anyone have an idea to get access again without restarting the controller ? (MXe-Server)

How long has it been. I've done this durning the backup download and it took about half a day for the GUI to become responsive again. As long as the phones are still up just check it at the end of the day....if its still a no go then, I would reboot then.
