Cannot Access 2nd Partition on slave drive

I cannot access the second partition on my second hard drive. When I try to access it, Windows advises the drive is not formatted. The partition is full of media files that I really want to keep.

The partition has very little free space on it. I tried to create more room using Partition magic but was given the message 'data error'.

Are there any aplications I can use to make the partition accessible again?
