Canned Greetings Gone?

All the canned greeting are not playing after a new BCM 450 R1 hard drive and a restore of the data base. Any Ideas. I haven't been to look yet but thought of COS 7 that is tied to the AA greetings. It use to be greeting 40 was some canned.

Yes, Soft and hard boots.
Last night did a reinstall on the Call Piolt and checked if the canned were there before doing a restore and they weren't.
Put Ticket in with Avaya to see what they say. Found Gteeting 40 was for Touch Tone gate.
