Can the User cancel the CFW Remotely

I seem to remember we could do this Mer Mail

It is the phone that is forwarded, not the voice mail.

Maybe you were thinking Norstar as it can do it with its version of Callpilot (100/150) via the mailbox login.

Check your Features and Services documentation under remote call forward. You would have to set up DISA, flexible feature code for Remote call forward and station controlled passwords
