We have just installed Great Plains. I'm having difficulty going back and cancelling a PO that is linked to a Sales Transaction. I already have a different PO that has all the items that is in the Sales Transaction. How do I cancel the other PO that is not right.

first is to delete the link in the Sales Order by going to the line items then go to purchasing and delete the po.
