Cancel Voicemail transfer

Looking for a feature code to cancel voicemail transfer and reconnect with the caller on the BCM.

Caller said she did it before but it may have been just the normal transfer.

Found the F 987 but that is just for your own voicemail.

you can not cancel voice mail transfer after you have dialed the extension number.
You can cancel it if you press the intercom key the call is held on. Providing you have not dialled the extension as explained above.
