Cancel direct to voicemail

Hi All,

I have a KX-TDA15 system that has two phone lines, there are voicemail on both of these lines, however on one line it is now going directly to voicemail instead of ringing for 20 seconds and then going. Can someone tell me how to cancel it?

What voice mail is it
is it on 2 extensions or on the incoming line
 
Hi Mate, ive been emailing you, remember you set up 2 VM boxes for the O/G lines, one for the admin and one for the box office? Well its the one on the admin line, its now going straight to VM when an external call comes in... not sure how its happened...

Check if group or extension is set to fwd on software.
I must have missed that mail. I have changedjobs so it is not my main email anymore. Send me dsys file if you want me look
 
ok matey, am going in tonight but will be able to send dsys file later on, I seem to remember you set up a code on the phone to cancel the direct to VM...something like *38? Would that be it?
 
No FWD cancel is *7100 to cancel or *7140 group no to cancel group fwd

Both external lines should go to voicemail after so many seconds..
