When handset is picked up user gets a line out. How can I set it so that user has to select a line first, then dial out? Compact ICS. Thanks.

1. Select a line, then pickup handset, dial #
2. Select a line, dial, then pickup

3. For that extension change prime line to none in programming - then picking up doesnt select anything
