Cancel call forward via MOC on extension NEC 2000 IPS

I can't believe I am posting after all this time. I thought by now they would have a new phone system.
We had a user who forwarded all calls to his cell from ext. 2177. I need to undo this. However, the extension line doesn't exist at the moment because of construction. Can it be done via MOC?
Be kind with instructions as I haven't done MOC via Matworx (I now live in another state).

I think you have to do this command
E600>2177:xxxxx(cell no.)-CCC

Thank you...all it showed was 9-. I ccc it anyway. He was forwarding all calls.
