I have ACS R.6 and 18D phones. The phones have a two line display that shows CID on the first line. Either name or number. Is there a way to show both number and name? If so, how.

Can your receive 2 line CID on R6 & 18D?

By default, ACS R.6 shows both name and number on Partner 18D (two-display-line) phones. You can program a button for Caller ID Name display (useful for older phones). Perhaps you have such a button installed? Also, confirm that you do have R6 - the Number + Name display feature came with ACS Rel 4 and later.
