Can you use an SSTab on an Access form

Hello people

I need to be able to put an SSTab into a form within access as the main form that you get with it doesnt give the functionality that I need and the standard tab contrls dont work properly.

I have tried registering the tabctl32.ocx file as an ActiveX control but it doesnt appear in the list as a control to add to the form!!!

What am I doing wrong, apart from using Access for deveopment that is
