Can you use 2 databses simultaniously?

I work with 2 databases (internal and prospecting) and hate switching back and forth. Is there a way to use them at the same time since only one can be synced with an outlook account, and not all my contacts are in the prospecting database, but I need to check both all the time to make sure I am not contacting current or older clients acting as if I have never spoken to them.

Any thoughts are helpful!!

It's only possible with the Web version of ACT!.

Usually it's better to combine the databases and just use one
