We need to limit certain users to only use internal email and not to have anything they send routed to the internet. We also need to have received email from the internet blocked from entering thier mail account. There are a few users that only need internal email and nothing more. Any Ideas?

Thanks!

Go into admin and select the config tab. Select the server and click "edit config". then "router/MSTP" and "restrictions and controls" and "SMTP outbound controls". This gives you the option of stopping certain notes address from going to the Internet. This will stop them sending. Not sure how to prevent them recieving though

To prevent internet mail from reaching particular users, the configuration is almost in the same place - in the "SMTP Inbound Controls" tab.

The last section, "Inbound intended recipient controls" allows you to allow/deny incoming mail for any given users/addresses. You can also define groups and refer to them here.
