Can you set up voicemail without a greeting?

why do you not want a greeting - the system shoudl only begin recording after the greeting plays. You can have system annoucement or personal greeting, or if you have VM Pro you may be able to setup a special "Collect" action for the user or groups you need.
What software level are you on ?
There whee some version that had a 2 second delay
