We are using a IP office that came from another customer site. They are putting it in a local office.
If we use ARS the system doesn't seem to like it. It cuts us off after 7 digits. I even built a new ARS table and the same thing happens.
Weirdly, if I build a short code with the area code 720N, and point it to 50 main. It dials out. If I just use the dial 9 feature, it seems to want to try to send the call after 7 digits. We use 10 digit dialing here. I don't want to default the system if I can help it.
