can you set 7 digit dialing versus 10 digit dialing

We are using a IP office that came from another customer site. They are putting it in a local office.

If we use ARS the system doesn't seem to like it. It cuts us off after 7 digits. I even built a new ARS table and the same thing happens.

Weirdly, if I build a short code with the area code 720N, and point it to 50 main. It dials out. If I just use the dial 9 feature, it seems to want to try to send the call after 7 digits. We use 10 digit dialing here. I don't want to default the system if I can help it.

The default ARS just uses N which is what ever you enter no matter the number of digits. Make sure you don't have a XXXXXXX entry somewhere. That would match first after the first 7 digits.

my barebones ARS looks like this (for 10 digit dialing with 9 to call lout, if you do not use 9 then delete the 11; and 11x shortcodes)

What is your dial delay count set to under System/Telephony.

Default = 0 digits (USA/Japan) or 4 digits (ROW). Range = 0 to 30 digits.
This setting sets the number of digits dialed after which the system starts looking for a short code match regardless of the Dial Delay Time.
