Alert does not support GW e-mail.
You can try to use the Netware Broadcast function which is very effective for notifying the appropriate people. However, they must be logged on to receive the broadcast.
We have done this successfully and we also use the Trouble Ticket function to ensure that the info eventually get to the right person.
