Can you see Preview Pane in Entourage 2004 tasks?

I have to use a Mac at work and so I'm trying to use Entourage 2004 in a similar way that I use Outlook 2003 on my PC laptop. I've discovered a few annoying differences; if there are any suggestions I'd appreciate it!

- When in Tasks for Entourage 2004, it won't let me select the option for Preview Pane in the View menu---it's greyed out. I can't figure out how to activate the Preview Pane for Tasks (it's available for Mail), so I'm wondering if it just doesn't support that feature.

- I've noticed you can't just click inside a row's cell to edit/add info when viewing tasks in the list (column) view to (for example) edit Category information. It requires opening a separate dialog box.

- The Mac's "delete" key is actually a Backspace key. Is there a true delete key that deletes text to the right of the cursor?

- Is there a keyboard shortcut to get the equivalent of a R-Click the way Windows works? When attaching a wireless USB 2-buttom mouse, it does appear to work...just wondered if there was a keyboard shortcut on the Mac for that too.

Thanks for any suggestions...if this isn't the appropriate forum for these questions, my apologies. Cheers,

Can't help on tasks as I never use it. However, the Command (Apple key) o key conbo opens any selected item in any Entourage window.

Forward delete is the bottom left of the 6 keys above the arrow keys. It should be marked either DEL or DELETE with an x in an arrow pointing right. The normal, going backwards, Delete key is located at the right of the numbers on the keyboard. Command (apple key) plus the arrow keys moves the cursor one word, right or left.

When you say R-click I assume that you mean right click. You really should use a 2 button mouse on OSX to take advantage of right clicking. If you're stuck with a one button mouse, press the Control key while clicking to get the various contextual menus.
