Can you recommend a UPS make/model that would fit these requirements?

I am looking for 1U (standard 19") UPS that is *fanless* Any suggestions? 2U would be an overkill, but I would consider that (as a last resort). As an extreme proposal, can I disable a fan on any available units - APC, Tripp-Lite, others have very sleek models now with nice parameters, but they all have fans.
