Can you re-link Sharepoint tables in Access via VBA code if the Sharepoint table has validation on i

I am trying to automatically re-link to my Sharepoint tables in my Access database. I am running the code that is found on
a few sites. My question is this, the process fails with a code 3314 and verbage that sounds like verification code.
If the table has validation on it, is that an issue when trying to run vba code to automatially re-link Sharewpoint tables.
