I have a cross tab that has 3 summary fields....
I would love to have a label in front of each in the summary part....

# Loads L 10
# Loads R 3
# Loads O 7

Thanks for all the help

yes I have row fields. Actually its a concatenation of two values...

Create a formula like the following {@summarylabels}:

whilereadingrecords;
"# Loads L" + chr(13) +
"# Loads R" + chr(13) +
"# Loads O"

Add this to the crosstab as a second row field. In preview or design mode, stretch the formula borders horizontally so that each label fits on one line.

Then go to the customize style tab and highlight your first row field and then check "suppress subtotals".
