Is there a way to print out the code behind all of the controls in a form at once? The Documentation Wizard didn't help much.

Two thoughts and I'm sure there are plenty others.
First suggestion: Open your form in the Class Browser, click <View Class Code>, click <Print> on the file menu. This will print out the object definitions, which includes the event code.
Second suggestion: Baring in mind that forms are actually VFP tables, create a VFP report. Add your form to the data environment. Set the filter property of the cursor to "Not Empty(methods)". Drop the objname field on your report. Drop the methods field on your report, slighty indented & beneath the objname field. Click <Stretch with Overflow> on the methods field.
