Can You Please Help , RDC and VB6 Database connectivity

Hi,

Thanks in advance for your help.

I have 50 reports which i am calling them from VB6 using RDC using microsoft commondialog control. Do i need to give the ODBC logon information(severname,userid and Password) in VB for every report ????
Or
Does it take from the report itself ??


Pl. Send me sample code ..

It won't take the login from the report, you have to provide it in the application using the LogOnServer or the SetLogonInfo commands. Syntax is in the developer's help file. Ken Hamady
