hi Jean
If your burning, why not just put the flash in the Director file and do it all from within Director. I'm no guru on Director, but this would definitely be possible and probably the best solution. Horrid is the man to ask in the Director forum if you have any problems.

just had a tinker with director. If you create a projector application of the file you want to load (File>Create_Projector...in Director), you can use the FScommand, thus:
fscommand ("exec", "yourprojector.exe"
