Can You Obtain The IP Address Of Network Switch Through Media Gateway

Question:

I'd like to catalog the IP addresses of all the network switches at various sites that our Media Gateways are plugged into.
From the command line of a gateway, is there a way to determine the IP address of the switch it's plugged into? Would it just be the default gateway? Or something else?

If so, what is the command to determine this?

Not generally, switches and devices are layer2 so will have MAC address tables

If the switch supports it you could try LLDP on the gateway:

show lldp

If the network team is sharp, they will not have the network switch IP Address on the same VLAN/Subnet as the media gateway. Assuming Layer 3 routing in the switch, your gateway is going to be assigned to an interface on the switch just not the same one as management. Basically, you shouldn't be able to pull the IP Address of the data switch.
