Can you make a 'Save As' button rather than right clicking mouse?

My website is basically a large image library and I would like to make it possible for the visitors to click on a 'save as' button or graphic rather than right clicking their mouse on the image and having to select 'save as' from the drop down menu.

Is it possible to do this? If yes, how?

What I do is zip the image and then put a text link (which could be a button link) under the image. Then when a person clicks on the link the image downloads to their computer. This would use up a lot of drive space on your server as you would have 2 of each image, one in an image format and one in a zip format.
