I have a client that has two Hunt Groups. Hunt Group Primary and Hunt Group Secondary both Longest Waiting. The Primary Group exclusive responsiblity is to answer the phones. The Secondary Group has multiple tasks. The Customer would like for the calls to overflow to the secondary group in No Answer Busy Situations. I have created a logout feature for both groups, which work well for the Primary Group. But the overflow secondary group does not log the extension out but continous rings the Secondary Groups' individual extensions. Has anyone experienced this and has a work around?

Any help will be more than Helpful!

How ahve you prgrammed the key? Does unticking the users in the group manually in Manager work? :)

Yes. They are checked. Have you created this design? Is the Overflow group suppose to log out even in "all calls" logout status?

I am not sure what you mean? Try unticking the users in the second group, do they stop ringing then? If so I am not sure you have it configured correctly :)

Give the user a button "Huntgroup Enable" (User>Button Programming>Advanced>Huntgroup)
