I'd like to know the number of internal incoming calls made to one extension. The extension is a virtual line and it is always forwarded to another extension.
I know you can log incoming call with SMDR but its always for outside incoming call.

Is there a trick for doing this?

We would like to create a reports of all the calls received by this extension in a month.

Here's what I found:

CMD 15213 SMDR service for station to station call
[Series 3600]
0 Allow
1 Restricted

Is this what you are looking for?

Well it is enabled but if I look in the status bar in matworx I can see that I have series SC-3385 K1 0003.00.

I guess it means that I cannot use this feature.
Why is my series so low?
They updated our IVS 2000 for a IPS last year.

K1 means that you have 3500 / R10 software. So, the station to station SMDR is not available. However, even if you upgrade I don't believe the SMDR will output the record for the virtual extension. If it is call forwarded to another extension the record will be between the caller and the extension that answered the call. So, upgrading the software will likely not give you what you want.

Give some details into exactly what you are doing and why? There may be a different way to set this up to get what you want. For example the UCD built in to the system give basic "PEG" counting of calls to the UCD etc.

Also, if you upgraded the software last year you should be higher than 3500 software. The latest release is 3900, but last year you should have been at least around 3700 I would guess.

Yeah I was thinking about peg counting with UCD but the virtual extension I want to monitor is in a hunting group.
What I want is to count the number of calls made to this station.

It's a station that people call for network support.
The station don't have to be virtual, it could be a real station.

As for the forwarding I don't mind if I have to monitor the 3 stations receiving the calls from the support line.
I could always add all the calls from the 3 stations.

I will have to ask the vendor about the 3500 software.
