I have enabled the call log feature on my system, but I essentially get a log of the calls to every set in the office. I am just looking to confirm that what I want can't be done. I would prefer to allow all users to have a log of all of the calls on THEIR sets.
Can I assume that the functions under F*84 allow me to either log all calls MISSED by an individual set, or else all calls that have come in on ALL sets (missed or not)?
