Does any one know how in the same PDF document when the user is printing he gets for example “Approved”, other user prints the same document and will get other stamp for ex. “Not Approved”.?

jgomes68,
This sounds like a system security issue to me. Make sure
the person trying to print the document in question has the neccessary rights on that particular machine and is logged in properly. [sig][/sig]

This is an easy one.
On MY computer you need to look here:
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 4.0\Acrobat\plug_ins\Stamps\ENU

Basically you need to go into the stamps folder under PLUG-INS and the in ENU have a look at the Standard.PDF file which is 114KB on my computer.
This is the file that contains all the stamps, I'd say that these pages have gotten muddled on the two different computers. Just replace it with a good copy of the file.
