Can you help me?

G3si is mature in along times, Now we branch a new s8700 through the G3si. G3si has two DS1(30B+D,DID),i add 2 6408 in s8700,press "9" dial ****,as same as G3si,but display outside number not DID, only display deputation Number. What's wrong with me ?

On the Trunk Group form change the Outgoing Display field to 'y'.

If you use isdn PRI trunks you can either push your main number external or DID. Some companies use both - DID for most and Main number for individual extensions used by senior management.

In most cases your network carrier provides the calling number for you. You can request that your PBX does it allowing flexibility and control.
