Our receptionist has a 6424D+M and is having a problem remembering which line appearance she is trying to transfer, so, if she cannot complete the transfer she returns to the wrong call appearance and presto chango the callers are conferenced. If she transfers the call to her empty call appearance will it abort the transfer? Is there any way to disable the conference feature on a station basis? Is there any way to reason with someone who is sure the equipment is at fault even though it is doing exactly what she directed it to do?
