Can you export field descriptions?

Hi again.
So I've been asked to export data from my tables, which is easy enough. But they also want to be able to export into the same csv file a header of some sort that contains all the field names & the descriptions that have been created in the MS Access table.
Is this possible? I've googled a bit but didn't find anything.

Look at the TableDefs collection:

CurrentDB.TableDefs(0).Fields(0).Name

Also in a recordset there is a Fields collection.
