User Account: Restricted
Desktop Shortcut Icon : Attachmate KEA 420
I have a application that will not run under a "Restricted User" account(it takes an error trying to get to the Registry file). When you change the User account to have Administrators rights it runs fine. I checked the error on the Attachmate Web site and this is a known issue, where the workaround is to grant the User Account "Administrators" rights (AHHHH).
I found that I can run the app under a "Restricted User" account, as long as I use the "Run as" option (on Desktop Shortcut) and use a User account that has Administrators rights.
So my question, Is there a way to automate this so you do not have to always select the "Run as" option on the Desktop Shortcut every time you want to run the application?
