Someone would call us, automatted attendant picks up.
One of the choices will be to use an IVR. The IVR lines are not part of the PBX group. Is there anyway that I can have one of the extensions forward the call to the IVR?
No, but if you have Centrex service from your phone company, and a Partner Mail VS R5 or a Partner Messaging R1, one of the selector codes could be a Centrex transfer to the IVR's outside telephone number.
