I have the top ten popular keywords or phrases that people want to search for on my site. I want to help out the machinists and such who are still kind of shy about using the web by giving them a point and click search.
I'm open to having 10 buttons or underlined hyperlinks. They click on one and it launches a search page, searches on that topic and displays the results. I call it a point-and-click or pre-filled search.
I'm using an FP2000 standard searchpage. I'm open to javascript or even getting FP 2002.
My second dilemma is that FP search pages ignore hidden or private folders starting with _ (underbar). I have 3 1/2 years of discussion, a couple of thousand documents in _disc1, _disc2 and _disc3. How can I search on them?
Thx, Paul
