Can you disable silent/vibrate option on 7925 handset? I have a request and have not be able to find a way to do it.

In the toolbox, go to Phone settings-sound settings-Alert pattern. You can choose your poison here.

Thanks, but is their away to disable it so users can not control the alert pattern?

yes on the phone configuration in call manager disable the settings access. Enabled by default. This will disable the settings button on the phone itself.
