Can you disable a message from beig forwarded with Outlook?

At a recent staff meeting, the question was raised as to whether you can disable a message from being forwarded with Outlook using the private and confidential markers. I've tested this some, and it doesnt seem to do anything but mark the messages.

Is there a way to make a message unforwardable? It would be nice to disable printing and copy and paste too, but I'm sure with windows that's just asking too much!

I don't think it's achievable through the flags, and I don't think it's possible to stop people from copying and pasting into a new email or into a text document or anywhere else for that matter.
