Can you dial into the system cics w/ call pilot 100 without the use of a RAD? Looking to do some minor changes to the system. Changing/adding mail boxes etc!

The CICS comes with an IRAD on the system if it is enabled. You don't need a RAD separate from the CICS. Yes, you do need this to dial into it.

so I just need to activate the IRAD and get the NRU software?

Yes,I would get NRU11. It works good for me. We do alot of remotes.
