Can you delete the Outlook 2k3 Junk E-Mail folder?

Hi,

I don't use the Outlook Junk Email filtering, so I'd like to remove that folder.. Is it possible? I've tried deleteing it to no avail. I also tried unsubscribing (IMAP account), but Outlook always resubscribes whenever it reopens..
