Can you break thru to a set that has MakeSetBusy activated? 1

Or remotely deactivate this condition? I have a user who is complaining they cannot receive calls but they have there set on MSB.

you can remove MSB from their phone (make that key NUL)
Move the entire TN to a new temp TN
Move the entire TN back to the original TN
Their phone should return to normal....it will take you 1 min of programming....

or...they could just push the MSB key again to deactivate....
