I just recently installed a 3.6 machine. The system is rebooting pretty much every day, just up and reboots. System is 3.6 Redundant, (1)PRI, (1) DSM32+, (1) ASM8+, (1) GATM4. Telco has monitored the T all day and says no errors PERIOD until they see the circuit go down completely, reboot of course. I say that because it was suggested that slips and errors on the T1 would cause it to reboot. That being said--------------------Our supplier is now sending us a BRAND NEW 3.7 The issue is obvious, can you backup the 3.6 and restore to 3.7. I can pretty much hand enter all the telephony data IF there is no way to backup the 3.6 and restore to 3.7. That is really crappy but the main thing is I know I can export the Voice Prompts for Auto Attendant but can you maybe do a Call Pilot Backup then Restore and keep all that data and only rekey the telephony items???

No way to restore a 3.6 backup to 3.7. If you try to force a restore, the voicemail services won't start.

Unfortunately, you're most likely looking at a rebuild, unless you can upgrade the 3.6 BCM to 3.7, then do a backup after the upgrade.

Have you used the Diag CSU setting to monitor the CSU.
are you sure it's the PRI causing the reboot?
