I have a customer that wants to know if they can add an IVR system to their existing Norstar (MICS 4.1 with a NAM VM Rel. 4.0)at some point in the future...and if they can does anyone know a good company in Tucson, AZ that would sell/install one and give them a quote?

Thanks!

Sue

It's me again...I forgot to ask about call accounting sytems for the MICS also. I used to program Teleseries but don't know if they are the best way to go anymore.

Thanks again,

Sue

ivr is one of the applications supported on the NAM

for call accounting you need an SMDR and any accounting s/w for generating reports on captuerd information
