Can Windows 2000 server come with ms fax server???

In Windows 2003 you can install MS Fax server. Can you do this with Windows 2000 server? I can get the fax setup on it locally but it won't allow me to share the fax printer. I know you can do this with 2000 small bus server.

BTW seems as you know about the Fax service, do you know if it would work through ADSL, which unfortunately is attached to a Linux box not the Windows box.
