Hi ,
Can we use Paradox as source in Informatica and get all the data from there to DB2 UDB database.
I went through the informatica manual and to connect to paradox we just need to create ODBC connection. If we have to create ODBC connection then I guess it should be the same way as accessing Sybase or ORACLE. I hope we don't require anything like powerconnect or Striva.

Can anybody confirm if this is correct.

Thanks and Regards
Rohan

My two cents are that INFA will probably not support Paradox as a source (just like MS Access is not), which is not equivalent to not being possible.

I never tried accessing Paradox through ODBC, but MS Access seems possible (with some problems)

You can of course always export the .db files to flatfiles and then use them as a source....
