Can we tell when a Draft email was created that was never sent?

We have a user that has a Draft email (that probably should have been sent a while ago) that he'd like to know exactly when he started that draft email message. Is there a way to tell when he actually created it?

If using any version of Outlook as the client customize the current view on the Drafts folder to include the "created" field.
